You can supply a written character reference. For example, a teacher or employer would be an excellent choice for a reference.
A written character reference would be required if you have no credit history. You should approach an employer or teacher in order to obtain one.
The wait for a rental unit can be as short as two months and as long as 12 months. We will contact you if a unit becomes available. Remember: new tenants are based on need, not first-come, first-served. It is important that you keep our office informed of your contact information.
You will be notified by letter if your application is either approved or declined.
